Here at Great Mushroom Shop, we strive to get your order to you and complete shipping and delivery as quickly and easily as possible. Orders placed before 12 PM EST Mon–Fri will leave our Spartanburg, South Carolina warehouse the very same day.
Processing Time: Processing refers to order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders placed before 12 PM EST are sent to our warehouse, processed, and shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking code to the email address you used to place the order.
US Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse in Spartanburg, South Carolina, to the destination. Orders are shipped by the US Postal service, FedEx, and UPS. With USPS Priority, on average you can expect it within 2-3 business days for the East Coast or 3–4 business days for the West Coast. Please note: these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Returns:
We will take returns of unopened and sealed product for exchange within 7 days of being marked delivered. Any returns of opened product cannot be accepted as these are consumable goods. You are responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the goods to us. Original shipping is nonrefundable.
